Refund policy

At House of Modesty, we take pride in curating unique, modest pieces that are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped. Because many of our pieces are secondhand or one-of-a-kind, all sales are final, and we do not offer exchanges at this time.

However, we do accept returns on a very limited basis under the following conditions:

• The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your item.
• Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, with all tags still attached.
• No deodorant marks, stains, scents, pet hair, or any signs of wear will be accepted.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@modestystyleco.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, further instructions will be provided.
